The cottage, originally built in the early 19th century (supposedly with stone from ruined Harbottle Castle), has been lovingly restored as a welcoming holiday home. The earliest records of the cottage are as a bottling plant for the local brewery which is now the Star Inn, conveniently located close by.

Please note although there is no garden there is a garden seat at the front of the cottage, perfect for taking a morning coffee or taking in the vast dark starry skies, and an abundance of stunning countryside to explore on foot or by bike straight from your doorstep!
